Introducing Islay Rum Ùine Mhòr [Long Time]


Bottled at 55% abv, this delicious, pure single rum is the result of a collection of long fermentations ranging between 4 and 6 weeks using mature dunder, native bacteria and two commercial distillers yeast strains.  


Ùine Mhòr is the first in a series of experimental fermentation batches which allows you to join us on our journey of exploration into the wilder side of Islay Rum!
