AGE VERIFICATION
The Islay Rum Company is based in the UK, where you need to be over the age of 18 to buy alcoholic drinks and cannot buy drinks for those under that age. When you place an order on our site, we may perform searches to ensure that you are not breaking UK regulations. If we have reason to believe that you are breaking regulations (eg, if you are under 18 in the UK) we will contact you and cancel your order as necessary.
If we ship to you and there is no one available at delivery time who can legally receive the parcel, then you will be responsible for any costs applicable for redelivery or returning the parcel to us.
