ADDS ANOTHER GOLD TO THE TROPHY CABINET!
We are delighted to share with you that our Islay Rum Barrel Aged rum has been on a winning streak! Having been awarded a Gold Medal at the IWSC 2025 in July, it has now gone on to win a Gold at the 2025 Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. This beautifully balanced rum, matured in heavily peated ex-Islay whisky casks is the product of slow fermentation, traditional distillation and is crafted and aged entirely on the island of Islay.
To receive international recognition at such a prestigious event as the IWSC and Concours Spirits Selection this year is a proud moment for our team on Islay. It demonstrates that our commitment to producing small-batch, high-quality rum in Scotland is being recognised globally.
Islay Rum Barrel Aged forms part of the growing Islay Rum range, all fermented and distilled at the Islay Rum Distillery in Port Ellen, the first and only rum distillery on this wonderful whisky island.
