Scotland's cool maritime climate means our rum matures very differently to those from the tropics.  Barrel Aged has been carefully rested in oak barrels previously used to mature peaty Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky creating a delightful smoky flavour combined with vanilla and a coastal salinity.
