This single cask has been hand picked from our earliest distillations in the summer of 2022. With our signature long fermentation, the spirit is heavy with dunder and was filled into an Oloroso Sherry cask. 
Dried fruits and sherried spice on the nose while the palate bursts with caramel sweetness, butterscotch, green banana, sea salt and delicious tropical notes. Islay Spirit, Our way.
